## Technical care and small content changes

We handle the agreed technical care and backups for your existing website. You have an allowance of up to one hour per month for small text and image changes, such as correcting opening hours, replacing a team photo or updating an existing service description. You provide the new text and images. Before we start, we clarify which technical tasks are useful and possible for your system.

## When is ongoing care a good fit?

Does your website broadly meet your needs, but you want to hand over technical care and small changes? Ongoing care may suit you. You provide the new content; we make the agreed updates. This lets you keep using your existing website. We discuss a relaunch or larger expansion as a separate project.

## Can we take over your existing website?

Before taking over, we review your website’s system, technical condition and the access needed. A website built by another provider can also be considered. During this review, we clarify whether we can support your platform and which work is needed. We agree any repairs needed before the start separately with you.

## What needs a separate agreement?

New pages, additional features and larger repairs are agreed separately. The allowance for small content changes is limited to one hour per month. Hosting, licences and other third-party costs are separate unless explicitly included in your proposal. We set out which work we will take on before we start.

## Send your website address to discuss care

Send us your website address and briefly describe which changes you want to hand over. Mention any known technical problems and, if you know it, the system your site uses. We can then discuss the technical review and the scope of your monthly care.
